Land use change is the humanity and the earth environment, material, energy interaction. Land use is human nature characteristics, according to land at a certain economic and social purposes, take a series of biological technology, tactics, and, for the land management of long-term or periodically and management reform activity. The change of land use is about water and soil conservation, resource development and ecological environment protection, etc, but also the hotspot for the relationship between coordinators provides important theoretical basis. Based on the existing data collection and analysis of the tianjin binhai new area, through the change of land use, this paper analyzes the research of natural, social and economic situation. This study of nearly 10 years of tianjin binhai new area of land use change, change of land use structure characteristics, the range and speed, on this basis, through the establishment of land use change and economic activities and policies that affect the coupling relationship between study and number of nearly 10 years of tianjin binhai new area in the social factors and policy factor of land use change under the drive mechanism, this paper pointed out the binhai area of land utilization, passenger land planning, land on the problems existing in the management, and gives the countermeasures to solve these problems and measures.
