Chinese Nationals need to apply for a visa at the Singapore Embassy in order to visit Singapore.
Needed documents are the following:
1) COMPLETED Form 14A (original)
2) One recent passport-sized colour photograph
3) Passport valid for at least 6 months from the date of entry
4) Photocopy of confirmed airline ticket
5) Processing fee: W 25,600 (as of 1 Jan 2010)
6) Completed Letter of Introduction (Form V39A) either from a Singapore Citizen/Singapore Permanent Resident or a Company in Singapore
If the letter is from a Singapore Citizen/Singapore Permanent Resident, photocopy of his or her ID card (front & back) is required.
If the letter is from a Company, it needs to be stamped with the official stamp of the company and the person who signed on the letter should state his/her name, Singapore ID card number and designation in the company.
