I purchased aptamil phasepre (800g) for my baby last month in Duesseldorf/Germany but I find the milk can not be fully dissolution. You may find a big coagulation from following images. I have tried very high water temperature and normal 40C temperature, but the results are same coagulation.
Could you check these images and give me a solution?

Is it the first time, that you are using Aptamil 3?
What is the water temperature for preparing the bottle?
Please give us best before date and batch number of the box.
Probably the temperature of the water is not hot enough. It works best at a temperature
between 40 and 50°C. Please fill in first 2/3 of the hot water, then the powder. Wait, until
the powder has completely sunk into the water. Then shake strongly for a short time, fill
in the rest of the water and shake again strongly for a short time.
When you then have still solubility problems with your powder, please be so kind and send
it in for analysis, to the following address:

正确的方法是: 爱他美1,2,3段按1勺子奶粉加30毫升水;4段(1+段)和5段(2+段)按1勺子奶粉加45毫升水.
先根据奶粉量放对应的2/3热水到瓶子里面,然后倒入对应的奶粉.在热水完全漫过奶粉之前必须要一直等待.然后短时间用力摇晃奶瓶.普通的奶瓶的底部没有一个凸出物,而NUK奶瓶的底部有突出,能明显促进奶粉溶解.最后倒入剩下的1/3的热水到奶瓶中,并在短时间内再次用力摇晃.
