大学生中新生、贫困生的心理健康情况研究较多，对毕业班大学生的研究还不多见，对应届大学毕业生的研究就更少，且多是单一类型学校报道并以调查研究为主。当前，应届毕业生要承受许多心理压力，心理素质较好的应届大学毕业生能顺利度过，而心理承受力较差的同学在压力面前可能会产生种种心理障碍，严重的会导致心理疾病以至神经症、精神病等。本文试图通过分析应届大学毕业生的主要心理矛盾及主要的心理冲突，构想从学校教育和应届毕业生自身两方面找出解决应届大学毕业生心理健康问题的对策。以期能对应届大学毕业生的心理健康教育和心理咨询提供依据。
Abstract:
there is much research of mental and healthy circumstance for freshman and poor university student, but it is rare for graduating class’s student, if is there,it should be the to the one type school’s report which is with the way of investigate and research. At present, the graduating students haveto bear much psychological stresse, someone with well mental character could pass it smoothly, but someone with bad mental character would bear various mental obstacles in front of pressure,someone serious will cause mental disease,futhermore,will worsen to be the nerve disease, spirit far-gone. This text tries to analysize graduatinguniversity student’smain mental state of anantinomy andconflict, the speculation educates to find out to resolve with graduating student oneself both side from the school should an university graduate studentcounterplan of the mental and healthy problem. Provide by wishing the mental healthy education to should an university graduate student and the mental state consultations the basis.
