  偏偏男人常一忙起来,就忘了喝水,若用饮料或汤补充体内水份,却会徒增热量,使身体发胖。因此在餐与餐之间要多喝水。例如一进办公室,马上就倒上500cc的水放在桌上,有空就喝,而且在午餐之前就要喝完。1天至少要喝完两瓶矿泉水瓶的水(约2000cc)。
