With the development of the science and technology , more and more recreational activities are brought to our attention. There are a lot of varieties from sports to computer games, and listing to music.
As every coin has two sides, people from different backgrounds would put different interpretations on the same case. At present ,some people hold the belief that recreation is helpful if we would keep healthy physically and mentally. Amusements are able to decrease the stress which come from the work, study of life. Nevertheless, other people set forth completely different argument concerning this issue .They examine this problem form another angle that these activities bring many troubles .If we spend too much time on recreational activities such as sports and computer games ,we might fail to concentrate on our duties such as studying and working , which in turn may lead to further consequences.
In my opinion whether it is good or bad depends on how we look at it. As far as I am concerned, I am in favor of the former . As long as arranging the time reasonably ,we are sure to benefit more from recreational activities.
