第四十九条本规则为公司章程附件。本规则由董事会制定，经股东大会以特别决议批准后
生效。本规则的修改，由董事会提出修正案，经股东大会特别决议批准后生效。
第五十条
股东大会授权董事会对本规则进行解释。
第五十一条本规则未尽事宜或与法律、法规、其它有关规范性文件、公司章程及股东大会
议事规则的规定不一致的，以法律、法规、其他有关规范性文件、公司章程及股东大会议事规则的规定为准。
第五十二条本规则所称“以上”，含本数；“超过”，不含本数。
