就是合同双方，其中任何其中一方提出要求，要2人或2人以上的人员，那么提出要求的一方也要包括在内，而且视为2人或2人以上的人员中的一人。Either party who asks for two or more personnels,that party will be deemed to be included as one of the two or more personnels.供参考
