There is always hope that in its labyrinth of musty ,dark,disordered rooms a real rarily will be found amongst the piles of assorted junk that litter the floors.这句话中hope 是什么词，是形容词吗，为什么后面可以接that从句？谢谢。

这里的hope是名词，且不可数主句是There is hope. that引导的是同位语从句，即hope具体是什么……
