目前的人民币汇率制度是“以市场供求为基础、参考一篮子货币进行调节、有管理的浮动汇率制度。
改革开放以来，我国对外贸易的飞速发展累积了大量贸易顺差和外汇储备，使我国目前面临着空前的人民币升值压力。人民币升值已成为国际经济和社会舆论的焦点。尤其2008爆发的金融危机席卷了全球，以美国为首的西方资本主义国家经济发展缓慢，而中国在政府宏观政策领导下经济仍然取到了长足发展，已经成为推动全球经济发展的重要力量。在这种经济形势下，以美国和日本为首的西方国家，认为中国的出口商以“不公平的低价”抢夺世界市场，通过日益扩大的出口规模向发达国家输出通货紧缩，从而损害了这些国家的经济利益，由此逼迫人民币升值，并进而将这一经济问题转变为政治责难，向中国施加压力。

人民币升值给我国出口企业带来了挑战, 同时也带来机遇。本文本文在分析人民币升值的背景及原因的基础上对这些影响做了一些初步的分析，并就人民币升值对我国出口企业带来的影响应采取的应对措施进行了探讨, 希望能给出口企业应对挑战，实现持续稳定的发展有所启示。
