If u r the first time trying to apply a visa for US, first u have to prepare the materials as what 公主_爱美丽 said, that’s important. that’s the ticket for u to step into the US consul’s door.then,u should think of a very convincible strategy at the interview, Here’s my idea,I would tell him that i know nobody in US, my propose to get a visa is only for travel or vacation. Nothing but relax and sightseeing,tell them u got enough money to burn within certain days. U have to make them believe that u have no friends or relative in US, no reunion event, no relatives visiting, tell them u will come home after the trip, because u have to work or school... just an idea, don’t depend on it. by the way, if u r not going to the big cities like san francisco, new york, los angeles, or chicago,then forget about what i say. good luck!
