It's still important for students to pass exams.for most students,the time of exams in very stressful and unpleasant.some student become upset during the exam time,because they are afraid of failing the exam.they are afraid of letting their parents and familes down,if exams are really making you worried,don't hide your feelings.talk to someone about it.If one person doesn't help you,ask someone else.
how to get through exams?here are some suggestions.
Ask a teacher how to revise.
Plan your study and revision.
Take a short rest during your time of study and revision.If your mind is tired,it will not remember well.
Get enough sleep and eat healthy food.
Before exams,if you feel upset,have a talk with someone,but don't be too relaxed .some stress over exams makes you work hard on them.
after an exam,if you feel upset,you'd better not talk to your friends about it,In fact,don't even think about the exam after you finished it.
I hope you are always in good moods and pass exams successfully.
