向客人投诉指定货代收取的港杂费用高的投诉信要怎么写?

指定货代向我们收取了高昂的港杂费用,我们和货代交流,她们都懒的解释,很不配合,所以打算向国外客人投诉,请问这样的投诉信要怎么写?请哪位英文高手帮帮忙

Your appointed forwarder's local charges are extremely expensive and unreasonable. We have requested them to explain to us in details, but they ignored our needs and uncooperative gesture. Can you please speak to your forwarder and ask them to resend their local charges details to us. Our pricing is based on common practice
