中国有一个很大的消费市场,但在这个市场中,竞争是很激烈的。中国的公司和厂家想要他们的市场份额,外国的公司和厂家也想要一部分份额。同类产品的厂家互相竞争,不同类产品的厂家也要和他们竞争。市场营销的可变因素很多,一般来说,我们可以把它们分成两种:内部可变因素和外部可变因素。市场营销人员可以控制部分内部可变因素,但却不能控制外部可变因素,他们只能想办法顺应它们。
