one of the reasongs we got along so well,though,is that we both say what's on our minds without worrying about what other people are going to think - which means we disagree from time to time句子中的though 是怎么回事谢谢！！！

though是副词，表示however，转折的意思，“虽然如此; 然而; 但是; 可是; 不过”。这种副词的用法一般在口语中出现。
