As per Paul/David we have the following comments.
Prints:
After checking with the staff in the office, I have been informed that we
did not receive print swatches for approval with the exception of PRT1548.
The only swatch sent for approval for the other prints was done so via scan
in an e-mail.These swatches were commented on, only in the expectation of
receiving actual fabric swatches for final approval.
We have not received actual fabric swatches for any of the prints, with
exception of PRT 1548.It is not possible to approve a print for color,
size, or material via a scan in e-mail.Since these bag samples are the
first sample of the prints, we have the following comments for correction:
PRT1549:
A. The quality of the rip stop nylon is poor compared to original sample.
The original sample had a much sturdier weave and had more texture.
B. The green is too bright, color should be a little more yellow and a bit
more muted, please match pantone swatch.
C.The white is washed out, should be white, white, and clear and crisp.
D.For all bags with this print, please be sure to use matching brown
thread. The samples we received have black thread.
PRT1551
A. The background color should be cream, on the samples it is white. You
were given a sample with this fabric, so this is unacceptable.
B.Colors in general are not clear, some looked washed out. Please see
original sample, colors are much more rich.
PRT1552
A. This print is also supposed to have a cream background and on the
samples the background is white.
B. The green, brown, and orange colors in the print are too light in
color. The colors should be much richer, please match to pantone.
PRT1619: light purple background is too dark, and in general other colors
are too dark as well.Please lighten to match swatch sent as original
sample.
For Stitching:
Please be sure nylon thread is being used and that all stitching is
reinforced.Thread color should be matching.On these first samples, we
can see some sloppy stitching, please correct on next set of samples.As
per Paul, all corrections need to be made before Chinese New Year.
As per Paul, these changes must be applied to current orders and bags must
be shipped on time. Delay will not be accepted.
