B除了几分之一以外，其他分数表示都在后面序数词上加复数。in 1970 在1970年in the 1970s 在20世纪70年代。

B2/3用数词+序数词（作分母用复数）表达in the 1970s 表示20世纪70年代（十年）

答案应该是：two thirds;1970s三分之二用two-third 或two thirds70年代用1970s
