写论文proposal碰到的问题（正文是英文）,要按下面的要求排版但我看不懂,知道的朋友帮个忙啊~~~~~~~

text is double-spaced,except for long quotations and the bibligraphy(which are single-spaced).there is one blank line between a section heading and the text that follows it.Do not right-justify text.use ragged-right.
我现在知道行距是什么意思了。text is double-spaced 是不是说内容在输入的时候每个单词之间相隔两个空格的距离???
恩，text is double-spaced 是说内容在输入的时候每个单词之间相隔两个空格的距离（除了比较长的引文部分和bibliography参考文献用一个空格），there is one blank line between a section heading and the text that follows it说每段标题与正文间要空一行，还有注意最后一句说不要使用右对齐。。。
