Part1thearrangementsofDevelopmentPlanningResearchFirst,weshoulddivideourstaffintofivegroupsandeachgrouphasoneparticularmission.ThatisthefiveinvestigationsinvolvedinPart2.Second,itcomestothepublicrelationsarrangements.Pre-workshouldbedonetodealwiththegovernmentandtheairporttogaintheirsupportsandgetbasicinformationoftheairport.Schedulearrangementsareavitalpartoftheinvestigation.Ourfivegroupsareoughttotakeactionatthesametimeduringthedayandtheyaresupposedtosummarizingtheconclusionintheafternoon.EachFridayweconductareportandthewholeinvestigationexpectstolastforamonth.Thefinancialarrangementsisofgreatimportancetoo.Thecapitallimitofeachgroupissetaccordingtotheactualneedoftheirmissionandextracapitalshouldbeapprovedbytheinvestigationcommittee.Asfarasthesettlementarrangementsisconcerned,basedonwhatgroupinvestigatorsarein,thegroupmemberswillbearrangedtoliveindifferentfloorsofairport\'slivingquartersforstaffandworkers.Finally,weshouldpayattentiontothearrangementofinvestigationandobjects.Thecontentofinvestigationincludesnaturalenvironment,humanitiesenvironment,hardandsoftinfrastructure,thedevelopmentoftheindustryandthecurrentdevelopingsituation.Thearrangementofobjectsisthateverygroupinchargeofinvestigatingonepartofthecontent.Part2.ContentinvestigatedintheDevelopmentPlanningResearchTheprimaryfocusofthecontentinvestigatedintheDevelopmentPlanningResearchistoinvestigateandanalyzingthesituationofconstructionandtransportationoftheAirportLogisticPark.AlsoitisvitaltotaketheinvestigationonthecurrentprogressofcapitalandlandapprovalprocessaswellastheprogressoftalentintroductionandcooperationamongmajorLogisticfirmswhileatthesametimeinvestigatingopponentson-the–spot(cooperationconsiderable).Lastbutnotleast,externally,weshouldputemphasisontheenvironmentofdevelopmentandexpandstrongpointsinthedevelopmentofAirportLogisticParkandatthemeantime,internally,inspecttheconditionoftalentedpersontroop. |
