他们都是机器翻的。感觉你说的没什么条理，这样翻成英语人家也会觉得做的事情太多，不知道怎么下手。分清主次，分清内外部事务。而且这些应该不是给同一个部门做的，装修办公室/机房和选购设备都混到一块说。而且构建安全网络、做内部审计什么的，应该是大事，把这些都理一下。除非是平级间交流用的文档/文件，否则无论是上交还是下发都不行。
