With a rising of temperature. with a rising temperature, with temperature increases, RAISE不可以。因为它是及物动词，后面需加宾语。RISE是不及物动词。

应该是 As the temperature is rising, 因为气温不断升高是个持续性的动作，所以用进行式动词。
