Seller shall, upon completion of loading at the loading port, advise Buyer within 3 (three)
working days after the date of B/L by fax/telex/cable of the contract number, name of
vessel, name of commodity, B/L date, B/L number and B/L weight at the loading port.
Seller shall advise buyer 5 (five) working days in advance of the estimated date of arrival
of the vessel at loading port specifying the type of vessel and hatch division.
Should the seller substitute the performing vessel, a vessel nomination to the Buyer will
be sent, informing the details of vessel, ETA loading port and so on. Buyer should
confirm its acceptance or rejection to the Seller within 1 days after receipt of relevant
vessel nomination from seller. Seller may ship by a single deck bulk carrier of up to 25
years of age, geared or gearless in supplier’s option. In case that vessel’s age is over 25
years old, additional OAP (rate: 0.05%) charge shall remit to the buyer by T/T within 5
working days after the buyer sending Debit Note.
The seller shall arrange for the master of the vessel to notify buyer / discharge port
agent three notices of the ETA of the vessel at the discharging port. The first of such
notice will be given 10 (ten) days prior to the ETA of the vessel, the second to be given
48 (forty eighty) hours prior to the ETA and the third to be given 24 (twenty four) hours
prior to the ETA.
To be covered by the Buyer. For this purpose, seller shall inform buyer vessel particulars,
e.g. vessel name, age and flag in time. Any overage premium shall be on the account of
Seller in the event of vessel’s age being over 25 years.
