jsp里面的out.println（）将某网络图片显示出来？

imgsrc = e.getChild("pic_url").getText();//imgsrc获得图片的地址

out.println("

");

2、

out.println("

");
以上两段的格式对吗，我的jsp页面图片显示不出来
imgsrc 是变量
System.out.println(imgsrc);显示的确获取到图片的地址的，现在的问题是不知道哲理IMG的格式要怎么写
