【全文】中幡是我国故有的传统体育项目。始于汉唐贵族，皇室出行和军旅的依仗。溯其根源来自古代军队中的旌旗、大蠹旗有关，古代军旅出征或得胜还朝旗手们演练所举幡幢、旌旗，并伴随乐曲上下飞舞，旌旗招展，铃声悦耳煞是壮观，这种形式逐渐变成现代中幡。清代中叶流传于北京。幡：分为壮幡、佛幡（小幡）。中幡，中幡适合在场馆演练。据清代《夜谭随录》记载：“京城有三官保，率青年子弟在地安门外关帝庙演练中幡、盘杠子、竖蜻蜓，观者如潮。”作为皇室宫廷仪仗直至清末。民国初年流传于民间跤界，形成北京跤手练中幡的传统。
中幡有三丈高由杆、旗、幡衣、伞、盖组成，演练着皆是膀大腰粗的强者。三五成群相互传递，演练不同的动作，有霸王举鼎、二郎担山、封侯挂印、浪子踢球、太公钓鱼等动作。中幡被列为我国非物质文化遗产项目，中幡演练名目繁多简介如下。（略）

The modern Zhongfan, which spreaded in the Beijing at the middle of the Qing Dynasty, is subdivided into Zhuangfan and Fofan. The best field of play is stadium.
Zhongfan consists of pole、flag、lothes、umbrella and and cover. Zhongfan is generally high San Zhang，and the players of italmostarethe strongs with the waist thick, arm big. They pass the Zhongfan into each other in threes and fours, and play different movements such as hold it in one hand、pass with each other 、hold it with only one little finger、put it on the submaxilary and so on.
