try to do和 try doing都可以，意思上略有区别try doing 试着一直做某事例： Let me try retelling the story. 让我试着复述这个故事吧。
He tried climbing the tall tree.他试着爬上那棵大树。try to do 试着去做某件事 （原本不是在这件事，换另一件事做）例： He has been trying to solve the problem.他一直在设法解决这一问题。（这种方法不行，换另一种方法）所以本题选Bto solve 因为后面有in another way，用另外一种方法
