关机时出现的：

If this is the first time you have seen this stop error screen,restart your computer,if this screen apprears again,follow these steeps:
check to make sure any new hardware or safeware is properly installed ,if this is a new installation,ask your hardware or safeware manufacturer for any windows updates you might need.
If problem continue,disable or remove any newly installed hardware or safeware .Disable BIOS memory options such as caching or shadowing.
If you need to use Safe Mode to remove or disable components,restart your computer,press F8 to select Advanced startup options,and then select Safe Mode.

我最近只用过360，好象是删除过什么，记不清了，之前出现过，重新启动，然后关机，可是昨天重启了两次（可能是三次）才正常关机的，今天重启了五六次了也关不了，怎么整？
