答案：I enjoyed reading the book which you gave me last week. 或：I enjoyed reading the book that you gave me last week. 以上答案都可以。当然甚至还可以省略上述两句中的which/that，因为如果关系代词如果在定语从句中做宾语的话，那么关系代词是可以省略的。
