Non-Disclosure Agreement
1. Background
The Company and the Client have undertaken to establish a business relationship. During the
term of this business relationship it is anticipated that the Company will require and acquire certain
information or proprietary data which can be considered confidential, a trade secret or of a
sensitive nature.
The Company and the Client have entered into this Agreement to assure that this information
remains confidential in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
