本合同从2010年9月1日起生效,并有效至2011年8月31日为止。但是，有效期满1个月前，甲方和乙方的任何一方没有提出变更或解除合同的申请时，本合同将以相同的条件延长1年，以后也以此类推。
1.This contract becomes effective from September 1, 2010 and remains valid until August 31, 2011. However, if neither party proposes to change or cancel this Contract one month before the expiration, this Contract will be extended by 1 year with the same conditions, and the like later.
2.This Agreement shall become effective as of August 1st, 2010 and shall remain effective until July 31st, 2011; provided, however, that when none of the parties hereto gives a written notice of change or termination to the other party one (1) month prior to the termination hereof, this Agreement shall be automatically renewed for another one (1)-year term with the same terms and conditions hereof, and the foregoing shall thereafter apply.
