条件:要有足够的睡眠,至少八小时。 多锻炼。
多吃水果。
听音乐可以减轻压力。
尽可能的微笑,它会让你快乐,忘记烦恼。这是题意。

Dear Li HuaI am very sorry to hear that you don't feel happy about lifenow. Here is my advice for you. You'd better have enough sleep,at least eight hours every day. Do more exercise because it's good for your health. When you do sports, you'll forget all your troubles and it can bring you happiness. Eat more fruit and veget
