The site has been evaluated from a pre-development water use condition to an existing water use condition to a future-planned water use condition. Groundwater
recharge is planned to increase beyond existing quantities, transpiration is planned to increase, and site stormwater runoff is planned to be substantially reduced. Rooftop rainwater is planned to be collected through green roofs and bioswales. The
