译为：你妈妈喜欢唱歌吗？如果表肯定，可以回答Yes, she does. 如果表否定可以回答为No, she doesn't. 即可

表示肯定：Yes，she does.She likes Singing very much， because she thinks it's very interesting.等回答表示否定：No，She doesn't. she Iikes dancing best.

一般疑问句中的主语是 your mother 所以回答的时候换成代词 she 疑问祝词照些：肯定回答 Yes,she does.否定回答 Yes,she doesn't.
