Ice cube tray and grid assembly shall be obtained from each shipment and shall be tested by
filling with clear water and placed in a refrigerated area for freezing. After freezing, the ice
cubes are to be shucked from the tray, and the entire assembly shall be thoroughly inspected.
The shucking mechanism shall function properly and there shall be no signs of failure. Grid
shall not become misaligned or bent
