The manufacturer hereby agrees to indemnify and keep indemnified the buyer,its employees,agents,representatives,sub-contractors and any of them,from and against any and all expenses,damages,losses,liabilities,judgements,claims,suits and actions(weather brought or threatened)and costs whatsoever(including legal fees)arising out of or in connection with any justified defect in the manufacturer's products arising from misconduct,negligence of style set-ups or of any standard described in the Standard Operation Procedure Manual.(the Standard Operation Procedure Manual是制造作业规范手册的意思）
