I wish I can fly in the sky对.（我希望我可以在天空飞翔。）不是过去，所以用can。。

I wish I could fly in the sky.（我希望我可以在天空飞翔。）I wish I could.....（表示愿望不能或难以实现） I hope I can.....（表示愿望可以实现）could和 can 加动词原形第三人称wish 改为 wishes hope 改为 hopes
