“be + no + 名词”这一结构能不能替换成“be + not+ 前面名词所对应的形容词”
如：is no accident = is not accidental 对吗？
请详细讲解，最好还有例子或例句。谢谢！

accident与accidental能如上替换。但是不能只关注一部分，句子是一个整体，还有前后成分，替换后的句子前后将会发生变化。It is no accident that the sun rises from the east.后面是一个主语从句后置。The sun rise in the east is not accidental.当使用形容词的时候，主语是个名词或者名词性从句，也就是说主语是个整体名词性。
