这题目是有点难度但是也不至于没一个人能答对把有答对的还说不出理由来，难道.....

选B。意思：目前美国250万网上雇员不但能享受高于国家平均水平两倍的工资，还有空闲时间享受生活。three times as many as的意思是：...的三倍。翻译时把它换了一种表达，即：高于...两倍。
