1、Every student needs to stand on the podium and give a presentation.
2、Every shudent needs to stand on the podium and gives a presentation.

1对stand on the podium和give a presentation明显是两个并列的成分，都应作need to后接的不定式词组

第一句对，但是最好用each student.
