目的: 对半枝莲中野黄芩苷含量分析方法进行研究,并用紫外分光光度法测定不同采收期半枝莲中野黄芩苷含,研究其总黄酮含量的动态变化规律,为半枝莲合理开发利用和优质高产提供理论依据。方法:采用紫外分光光度法对不同采收期半枝莲中野黄芩苷含量进行测定。结果:5月26日、7月28日、9月23日三个不同采收期半枝莲中野黄芩苷含量分别为2.20%、2.00%、1.72%。野黄芩苷的线性范围为r=0.9993,平均加样回收率为RSD为100.79%结论:紫外分光光度法简便、准确、可靠,可作为半枝莲药材内在质量控制手段之一;三个不同采收期半枝莲中总黄酮含量分别为2.20%、2.00%、1.72%。
