摘要：随着电信网络的快速发展，通信新技术的层出不穷，服务要求的不断提升，市场竞争的不断加剧，对各运营商提出了严峻的挑战。本系统开发了一个面向用户和管理员的平台，功能涵盖了用户管理、帐务帐单管理、品牌管理、营业管理、权限管理等功能。用户可以利用本系统方便的进行基本信息的修改，查询上网的详细记录，查询消费情况等操作。
本电信运营支撑系统是利用DAO模式将Structs与Hibernate两种J2EE框架技术的体系结构有机集成起来，形成一个统一的架构，Apache开源组织提供的Structs框架充分体现了MVC架构，Hibernate简化对象持久化映射工作和开发中的MVC分工，以Structs作为表现层框架、Hibernate作为数据持久层框架，设计并实现了一个基于Structs和Hibernate架构的电信宽带运营支撑系统。
