监督效果的保障机制
检察机关对法院的执行活动进行监督，并发出纠正意见、检查建议、纠正违法通知书以后，法院应当尊重检察机关的法律监督地位，积极接受检察机关的法律监督，组织人员对检察机关提出的纠正意见、检查建议或者违法通知书进行研究，并及时整改。
我国民事执行问题已经引起立法者、司法者的高度重视，法律界也在反思执行过程中的种种难题，不断地寻求破解之法。笔者认为，在不远的未来，民事执行将面临民事执行检查监督探索并完善阶段。此阶段旨在从根本上解决“执行乱”问题，以完善的外部专门化检查监督为代表。此举必能切实解决民事执行的痼疾，有效地化解执行问题带来的社会矛盾，促进执行人员公正廉洁执法，实现司法的权威和公正。
