NOTICE: Due to Federal Internet Privacy Regulations, we cannot legally collect data from potential students under the age of 14 over the Internet. Therefore, if you are under 14, you will have to ask your parent or guardian to fill out this registration form, print out your enrollment form, sign where indicated, and mail it in to the Grey School at the address listed—along with your tuition fee. Instructions for obtaining your enrollment form will be given once registration is completed. If you are 14 or older, you may skip the parent/guardian portion and simply fill out your personal information below.
