没什么问题。动词see后可以接that从句（that可省略）当然去掉are使其变成一个动词（see)加宾语（birds)加宾补（singing)的结构更常见。

这句话有两个错误首先in the tree. 此处in应该换成on,树本身的东西用in，其它的在树上用on再者是are singing，应该改成singing此用用seeing为动词名词做状语，即see sb doing sth看到某人在做某事因此正确表述应该为I can see the birdssinging on t
