D.while当足球运动员中场休息的时候,我对Henry说了话..when后加瞬间动词 while后可加持续性动词后面是过去进行时,是持续的所以用while...

D其实A也不错，但因为后面出现了进行时所以通常情况下都会用DB用来说明地点，主语中不涉及地点所以不选C不合逻辑...

D.whilewhile后面动词加ing而when 后面动词不加ing所以是while...
