摘要
资本结构是指企业各种资本的价值构成及其比例，涉及一个上市公司经营理财的利润和风险，直接影响其综合绩效。随着我国上市公司日益成为我国经济不可缺少的一个重要组成部分，上市公司的数量不断增加以及在国民经济中的影响力扩大，对上市公司资本结构状况的探讨，不仅有利于企业自身价值最大化，而且对整个国民经济的可持续发展问题的探索也可以进一步得到深化。本文通过对资本结构相关理论的概述，根据我国上市公司资本结构具有资产负债率偏低、负债结构不合理、股权融资偏好等现状，分析了我国上市公司资本结构形成的原因，在此基础上．提出了优化我国上市公司资本结构的对策和建议。
