本文运用所学相关审计知识,讨论了安然公司与 HIH公司的破产案例与审计独立以及监管环境的关系,对ASX与公司法进行了对比,并将其中的相关条文与安然公司进行了比较.
在最后一部分中,讨论了APES 110 Code of Ethics for Professional Acountants 与之前的asx和公司法进行了比较,并解释了他们之间的不同点与相似之处.同时,将principle-based codes 与rules-based approaches进行了比较.
由于所学知识以及本人能力有限,对文中的问题的见解难免有失偏颇,还青导师多给与指导.
