Elephant- the arms & legs need to be stuffed more. Please follow the correct hangtag placement on spec; the sample was missing the plush bank hangtag and the gift hangtag was in the back of the ear. The trunk length is good, but the curve is too exaggerated at the end; we like the trunk shape of the first plush bank sample you sent us, but keep the length as this sample so that we can see the elephant’s smile. Please refer to ftp site for pictures of first sample and sample received today for comparison.

Puppy- the arms, legs and ears need to be stuffed more; stuff the ears the same as you did on the elephant; the tail is approved as this sample (we had asked for a round tail on the final spec). Same comments as the elephant regarding hangtags and hangtag placement.
