摘要
食品的安全问题关系到全人类的生活、生存、延续，是人类发展的一个重要课题。由于农产品生产过程中的农药、化肥、激素等过量残留，食品生产过程中过量、非法滥用食品添加剂，生产、包装、销售过程中的再污染，加之监管的疏忽，造成了食品的不安全。近年来，苏丹红、三聚氰胺、染色馒头、毒豆芽、毒生姜等食品安全事件，更是将食品安全问题推向了风口浪尖。加强食品安全管理，已经成为了迫切需要解决的一个大问题。而乡镇处于食品生产和消费的最基层，食品安全管理有其特殊的地位和困难。本文分析了乡镇食品安全的现状及其成因，指出乡镇食品安全管理的难点，最后给出加强乡镇食品安全管理的建议。
