adj.附上...的,附着 explain vt. 解释, 说明, 讲解, 阐明 直接组合在一起像中式英语.形容词应该修饰名词. According to your request,Germany has gotten the attachedexplanation. 根据你的要求，德国采取了附着的说明。...

上句话应该改为：According to your request,Germany has got/gotten the attached explanation....
