rip off 宰客 选C。被欺骗 这里的being表示后面是原因。被骗的原因。游客被骗了，因为这个出租车司机宰客。 touris应该是tourist游客...

选择a.complained埋怨，抱怨游客抱怨受到出租车司机的诈骗。...

Atourist打错了原意应该是这些游客抱怨被出租车司机宰了。意思是被出租车司机多要了钱这样吧...
